All of those moves are already implemented; this page is for adding moves that are not yet added to the game.

I would personally like to see moves like whirlwind, dragon tail, u-turn etc that gives more technicality and I guess the switching factor that we are missing in the current battle and PvP system

They probably will be bringing back the battle animations but hopefully they just finish implementing every move first
