Fixed [44.2-?] Typo at Radio Tower

Although the item was 'script edited' into a Mart, I just wanted to point this out. Giga Drain is unlearnable via the TM (aka the TM can't be learned by any pokemon, however the move seems to be fully usable as displayed by the Elite Four's Koga).
Perhaps TM19 is not finished being coded as it does not show up until Celadon City, but I thought I would point it out.

Also, Ben has a small typo when you speak to him. I imagine that is suppose to say 'our' not out.

Next time if you find two different bugs, please make two different threads, one about each bug.

Fixed the type bug. If you want the other bug fixed (so that I remember it), create a new thread for that bug.
