Fixed Mean look doesn't work

When using mean look on an opponent they can still switch out their pokemon which defeats the purpose of using mean look. Not sure if it has been reported yet. The attack itself will work and say that "The opponents pokemon can no longer escape" but the opponents pokemon is still able to be switched out.

Mean look (among other moves) haven't been fully implemented yet

I implemented the trap checks, so fixed for next version.
