Cause there is no top percentage of Zubats, only Ratattas. That is why Rattatas are op, and that is probably why Sephy over here doesn't like them.

Well, Pika thinks that it would be a nice idea to have an event in the Wonder trade, where you will be given a random shiny, but no legendaries or evos. That includes starters, fossil pokemon, first evo pokemon only. That would be a nice thing to do for everyone.

I don’t like the idea of „ free shiny“. Shiny Pokémon were always a rare think. It's hard work to get on, and you can be proud of yourself I you got on. Even breeding doesn’t make it much easier to achieve on. So my thoughts are, if you get a “free” shiny just because, it would downgrade the value of the work, people put in to get a shiny.
