It would be best if some detail is added to the chat. When you chat via PM, it would be good to stay at PM chat until you decide to switch. It's a bit annoying to write every time /pm "name".

While it does sound like a good idea, it isn't much to type /pm before your chat. I believe it wouldn't be too hard, but if it were decided upon, it might take a while. I personally don't mind typing 3 characters, but to some, it can be a bit tedious. We will think about it.

Not every game, even mc for example, it has numerous plugins that require you to type /pm or /msg etc. to send a pm. And if it is decided to be a good idea, we will keep you guys informed to a certain point.

It's not really all that much, but if it helps you guys out, then it could be a feature. Staff would have to talk it out. (And Pika always goes uninformed until the last second, so Pika normally gets the news last.)

I would not say no to coloring the message that you post to someone pink, just as the pm you recieve from someone is.

If you start typing the first few characters of the name then press TAB it autofills the rest
