well its my problem whatever i do i cant download new version without launcher(connection problems) so i downloaded the gamefiles but i dont know what do so that the launcher detects my gamefiles

When you download gamefiles from this website, you need to manually alter a file called "ID.dat" if it exist in your pokemon folder. The launcher only detect the version number from that file which this website gamemode file do not come with it.
Current ID.dat file should only contain (without quotes) "0.43.3"

I hope in future you can update in peace without fail. 100% confirm

I tried before by changing that number, the launcher does fails when they do not match with the current version number.

It certainly does. As long as the number inside the file ( ID.dat ) is incorrect. It will tell you to download the new version.
