Well, I was wondering because in the pokemon games, you could only get munchlax by breeding snorlax while it's holding a full incense. I'm not far enough in the game yet to figure out whether or not there is a full incense, let alone whether or not the item mechanic works when breeding.

The reason baby Pokemon are bred automatically is because the incenses will not be apart of the game (or at least they won't be implemented in the immediate future). So, you can't obtain items that breed baby polemon

Official statement: The incense was used to explain why pokemon that existed in the second+ gen(like sudowoodo) could get prevos later(i.e. bonsly in gen 4) but since we dont have that continuity issue we felt there was no need to do the extra effort to code the incense breeding effects when we could just have the baby pokemon breed like magmar/magby
also a few incense are already in the game for their other effects :p

Well, this clears up a lot. However, I'm not in Kanto yet, which is mainly why I'm asking to buy one. xD Only have 6/8 Johto badges, so I might as well begin EV training a team to take on Lance with.

And how would i go about adding you in pokemon3D to do a trade? Or is this done some other way? (sorry haven't played in awhile, whole new system has been added)

I know this isn't the place to be asking but, ive been trying to connect to this server and im not sure what im doing wrong i put in the IP address in the "address box" and name it JLs and i cannot connect at all, what am i doing wrong? Id really appreciate any help.
