Fixed [0.43.3] S.S. Aqua Crash

So I tried returning to Vermillion City through the S.S. Aqua. Upon entry I noticed I couldn't return to Olivine City, which I found odd. After exploring some cabins I walking into the line of sight of a Psychic trainer. That's when my game crashed.

It's not weird that you are not able to get back to a dock when the ship started sailing -.-
And @Darkfire apparently didn't test this, I fixed it.
