Solved [0.42] Stuck in Olivine lighthouse

Just as I was about to exit the lighthouse after fixing Ampharos I got stuck in some sort of room with no doors. I'm in 1 spot above the ground and can't move at all. I included an image to show what it looks like. I am using an online save, and couldn't find a way to activate sandbox mode. I also don't have any escaperopes. Anyone who knows how I can fix this?
