Fixed Counter damage builds instead of counters.

That's my guess at least. When Bruno's Hitmontop did counter on my Noctowl's Fly attack, it did double damage but when I healed my Noctowl, Hitmontop used Counter and it KO'd my Noctowl.

It was based on the move you used before. Fixed that.
Example: You use Tackle and make 10 HP damage. You use Counter next round, and do 20 HP damage.
