Yes I'm using an online save and the last time was before i trade Seadra.

Ok now, I know what happens. I entered in the JLs's server and i saw that my team disappeared with my pokèdex too.
I'm very upset now.

Just don't enter in the JLs server.
That doesn't have anything to do with that. It might be a problem with GameJolt's servers not saving the item data correctly. I am working on a new way to save data to the server and I hope this will address data corruption, too.

Maybe you are right but when I join the official server this bug doesn't happens.
Might sound a little harsh, but I am definitely right: It doesn't have anything to do with the server you are playing on. And the network problems don't occur at a specific server either, it's the GameJolt server that sometimes messes stuff up. You won't experience this problem every time you trade on the server you were playing on before, and you can have this happen on any other server or on local play. It's REALLY rare though, and as I said, I am working on a new method to send data to the GameJolt server.
