I've looked around abit on the forums, couldn't seem to find an estimate as to when the Kanto region will be available.. Not even sure as too whether or not there is an estimate, just a general wondering.
So my question is really: When will i be able to go to pallet town?

The first Kanto map, Vermillon City, will be implemented in the next update.

Isn't the Diglett Cave on Route 11? And if so, is that implemented aswell?

you will only be able to access Vermilion city, r6, and the undergound path
if you remember the snorlax.......
r11 will technically be there
but you will only be able to see it from vermilion not actually go on it
