From the report I get from "The Dialga team", apparently there were a total of 12 participants joined through a post containing the meaning of "I am in!". This results in a total of 1 winner allocated in the entire Arceus Universe.

Lottery shall ends approximately from a range of one day to a week later after the post exist at checkpoint #1885.

Additional delay will be occurred when,
1. Dialga turns into Primal Dialga which you can see from the left hand side of this post.
2. A random trainer decided to capture Dialga/Primal Dialga using stupid Poké Balls which always fails to catch me.
3. A random trainer visited Mt. Coronet to disturb my sleep.
4. A random trainer fly a rocket into space and bump into Palkia.
5. A random trainer decided to capture Palkia using stupid Poké Balls which always fails to catch.
6. A random trainer visited Spacial Rift to disturb his sleep.
7. A random trainer went to the underworld and found Giratina.
8. A random trainer decided to capture Giratina using stupid Poké Balls which always fails to catch.
9. A random trainer visited the reverse world and disturb him.
10. A random trainer prey to "God" and Arceus had to listen to countless request.
11. A random trainer decided to capture Arceus using stupid Poké Balls which always fails to catch.

Due to the amount of interest in the game. I have decided to shut down the lottery until the relaunch.
It will not be operating as of now. Sorry.

Looks like I can reboot this in a few days. It would be fun earning 32P per round.
