Hmm... Just being a little more patient and it will eventually happen. It is stated in the list of spoilers ( about 5 times in total ) that delay is happening for v0.53 to v0.54 transition as nilllzz kills everything.
It will be back to normal when this transition work is over. I will still try to end whenever I have free time.
I know that I used to be very active but due to unforseen circumstances, I have to delay the lottery to allocate extra time for my gamemode matters.
As long as this thread is not removed, it still goes on. Don't worry though, since it don't cost you a cent, you are not losing anything.

From the report I get from "The Dialga team", apparently there are a total of 26 participants joined through a post containing the meaning of "I am in!". This results in a total of 5 winners allocated in the entire Arceus Universe.
Lottery shall ends approximately from a range of one day to a month later after the post exist at checkpoint #1693.
Delay are expected during the process due to the new update broke my gamemode entirely which results jianmingyong to rescript. Please allow up at least 1 month or longer for the entire length of delays.
I will be allocating one week buffer for the next update hence it would resume after a week of next release.
Additional delay are occurred when Dialga turn into Primal Dialga again due to some disturbance in my Temporal Tower or someone decided to capture Dialga again in Mt. Coronet or someone tries to disturb the space triggering Palkia or decided to have a battle in Spacial Rift or disturbing Giratina's sleep resulting in sending you to the reverse world or arceus is angry again and tries to kill all mankind for nothing.
Furthermore, if you click on the like button below the lottery detail post, you will be joined automatically for the current normal round and the next 5 normal rounds.
Bonus round are not considered in this bonus scheme.
