From the report I get from "The Dialga team", apparently there are a total of 8 participants joined through a post containing the meaning of "I am in!". This results in a total of 1 winner allocated in the entire Arceus Universe.

Lottery shall ends approximately from a range of one day to a week later after the post exist at checkpoint #1420.
Delay are not expected during the process unless Dialga turn into Primal Dialga again due to some disturbance in my Temporal Tower. Nevertheless, Palkia / Giratina / Arceus are available so they will take over
