jianmingyong / Dialga / Palkia / Giratina / Arceus have added you ( Fanta, RedVIII and coexistence in the forum trade section to Arceus Universe ) from our most royal Dialga to the spoiler that contains the chronological list of GameJolt online Pokémon 3D Indev 0.51.1 and Debug Indev 0.52 players who wish to participate in my 75th normal lottery which might be implemented, Obtainable and Catch-able. Since Dialga's ROAR OF TIME Power Point is zero, there is no way for him to tell you what Pokémon it is.
From the report I get from "The Dialga team", apparently there are a total of 3 participants joined through a post containing the meaning of "I am in!". This results in a total of 1 winner allocated in the entire Arceus Universe.
Lottery shall ends approximately from a range of one day to a week later after the post exist at checkpoint #1420.
Delay are not expected during the process unless Dialga turn into Primal Dialga again due to some disturbance in my Temporal Tower. Nevertheless, Palkia / Giratina / Arceus are available so they will take over
