2. Pokémon X is weak against its own secondary type or vice versa. - bug is weak against steel
For example an imaginary pokémon with a type:
Grass and Water
Grass is super effective to water.
3. Pokémon X type is super effective and not super effective to Fairy type. - bug is weak to fairy while steel is super effective

Well... I was trying to only limit the type combination when I set it and I might have accidentally created an error causing more types combinations to be accepted as well.

I think there is a slight confusion with the explanation of Condition 2.
Pokémon X is weak against its own secondary type or vice versa. - bug is weak against steel
I agree that bug type move is not effective to steel pokémon however steel type moves is not strong against bug type pokémon hence
Bug type will receive a normal damage to steel type moves. In conclusion, technically bug are not weak against steel.

Delay are not expected during the process unless Dialga turn into Primal Dialga again due to some disturbance in my Temporal Tower. Nevertheless, Palkia / Giratina / Arceus are available so they will take over
