Well, actually you can for this lottery thread but not in tornado lottery

You won't expect see anymore shiny roaming around this lottery anymore unless I come across some in the very very future.

The following rounds of lottery will have a major change in the number of winner, the pokemon you will expect and some other minor changes prinor to the future version of P3D ( which might become more boring but I will find ways to make it interesting if possible. )
