Picking up the item doesn't necessarily confirm it, especially if you were the original reporter of this.

According to various websites there is a Paralyze Heal there, perhaps this route is mimicking the HGSS item layout.

We are not copying G/S/C exactly, we might add slight modifications to it.
The Paralyze Heal is taken from the HG/SS games (reference: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Route_35)
