We can only wait and see what the future holds. But Pika doubts Pika can be in the elites either, official gym spot to hold and stuffs. But for now, Pika can only stay on until pvp is introduced.

Pika might have to leave the guild once pvp is introduced, so Pika can run the gym. Pika will be the cutest gym leader evar.

if you are applying for an official league position:
No, there are enough dragon types in the game that you can fill a six slot team with dragons
however if we add mega pokemon you will be able to use a Pokemon that's mega evo is the right type even if the default pokemon's type isnt(i.e. Char X, Pinsir, Ampharos) however you would be required to mega evolve at the first oportunity

I have no official capacity in the guild(outside of the powers I have as moderator) and thus they might accept you with nondragonsthatshouldbedragonsbutarent..... but if you are applying for the official forum league that i will be running then you may not have a charizard on your team

Well, I think we will give our last 4 spots to members that are active on the forum, and since we have Tornado joining our ranks, he might want to join. When this was announced to us staff, we technically got asked if we'll do it, to which pretty much everyone (excluding Draco and maybe a few others, can't remember) said yes.

The only logical reason why I can see it not being a dragon is because dragons were really rare back in the day and really strong because of its typing advantages.
It would also make Charizard the only dragon end evolution starter. (not including megas.)
