For now, it just means they were the first ones to have a mono-team of that type put together. It also puts them in charge of the other players of their type. If someone in a certain type's squad has an issue or suggestion for the guild, they would tell the Elite. Once PvP is implemented, these titles can be challenged for.

There we can talk about the tatics of each type and talk of the best ways of training and things like that

I completely agree that we need a place to talk tactics. I will definitely have our own server up and running within the next 2 weeks. I don't know if it will be private or not, but I'll see what happens.

I think you should create a conversation with every new member, telling them about the guild and with that message, give them the Ip of the server
We will not want people from out of the guild to be in, or so, what would be the point of having a guild anyways
You should alsomtell them to spread the word about the guild, but not to tell the Ip until they join it, because it will tempt them to get in the guild

Also I got a team of water types together and they around 70 however I need to make make edits to mine team and change some Pokemon out.(Two of the Pokemon I want on my team isn't chatchable right now)

Well, if you couldn't already tell, Pika will be the Electric Elite.
With a team like this, Pika cannot be beat.

All with EVs to the max, and almost perfect IVs, gotta work on that tho.
