1. Open the "Pokemon" folder
2. Goto "Save"
3. Click on one of the offline folders (for example: "red")
4. Click on "Player"
5. (If not have it set up you might want to set the program to open it up on)
6. Find Skinl(skin here)
7. In "Pokemon" Folder click on "content"
8. Click on "Textures"
9. Click on "NPC"
10. Find a Npc that you want
11. go back to player
12. Change skinl(your current skin here) to skinl(new skin)
13. Save and exit the editing program (I use notepad)
14. play with your new skin
