its about leftovers that are left in the game or things that are not meant to be where they are(or not meant to exist) a good example is my secend post in the thread

0.41 there is a gentleman under the first big ice rink in ice path i dont know if it still exists

These are event NPCs who appears to give to give you item or other thing and disappear. That means they being moved to outside of map like that Gentleman.

The gentleman in the Ice Path was used to give players the wings because for those that finished the radio tower when it was just implemented, didn't receive the wings from the director, so we used another npc to still let the players get them.
