Fixed [0.42] Metal Sound not reducing special defense

when metal sound action is preformed, it just goes to black screen to either selecting next move or enemy attacking. the effect sound proof picks up the effect.

im getting the same thing for fake tears. i think the special defense reducing harshly ( 2 stats reduction) may be bugged all together
