where to go next?????

i have seven badges so far.... i defeated team rocket at radio tower and caught ho-oh at tin tower....but there was no team rocket there. where do i go next?

Will after you get seven badges you go to magorberry(spelled wrong) town and take the ice path to blackthorn city. Form there you battle Clair and get to go to the elite four if you get the 8th badge.
