Fixed [0.41.1 (Special)] Champion Script Broken with Stairs

For some reason, after walking up the stairs to where Champion Lance is, you can walk around up there until you walk on the space that would normally trigger the script again.

I say (Special) in the title because this isn't the normal executable, one that we use for the S-Hard Difficulty Mode series. It's slightly later with some bug fixes applied to it.

Also I couldn't capture good evidence of this, only that I'm standing in an area that I wouldn't ordinarily able to reach (excuse the floor visual glitch, that's simply what happens when you take a screenshot in Full-Screen mode):

you got this after wall glitching?
if you wall glitch then bugs are not our fault

No I mean, when you climb up the stairs you're supposed to trigger the script that walks you to Champion Lance. For some reason I guess the stairs script overrides that other script and I can walk around up there.

It's a little difficult to explain, but if you were to go to the Champion right now you'd see what I mean.

Fixed.
This bug occurred because the stair blocks weren't able to attach a script to the walking up script.
