Solved How To Make .xnb Files

I know this topic in general is too much to explain so i know theres a program i can download (some Framework Program) but if its possible for someone to give me a walkthrough and reccommended program if there is more than one then i would really appreciate it.

By the looks of it you can get that program for free online. Have you ever used this program? If so then do you think i could find my way around the program even though i have little experience.

From what I was told, it's not free. I've never used it myself but it shouldn't be that difficult to learn.
