Yup....Feebas... Help?

So.....Yup........I got my feebas.........the problem is........how do i evolve it to a milotik? I know.it needs beautiness(english lvl 100)......help?

In every grotte? And if i give feebas it he/she will evolve into a milotc? ^_^

Actually atm it wont evolve Feebas...but that is a minor bug and will be fixed
and not every grotto only some
