Fixed [0.41] Double Roaming Pokemon

I don't know if it was physically reported, but the same thing happened to me, except with Raikou. I killed the second Raikou, so I think there's a zombie Raikou roaming around my save.I hope this thread is not a duplicate.
I already caught an Entei and this is what I came up to.
I think there might be some missing lines in the scripts then
