Since a lot of people dont know what to look for, I am making this thread.
To start off, hidden grottos are secret areas that will randomly have a pokemon or an item. Some of the pokemans and items are exclusive to certain grottos. Each grotto will randomly refresh after 1-3 days pass, and will usually have something different in it. The pokemans can be either exclusive pokemans or regular pokemans with special abilities. The items are usually vendor trash (i.e. nuggets) or items you cant find anywhere else (i.e. heal ball).
To find a grotto, just look. Usually the entrance is an object that you normally cant interact with (i.e. tall trees). To enter a grotto, you need to interact with the object using the talk/examine key. Dont go examining every tree, because grottos are always at dead ends or near points of interest. The object concealing the hidden grotto will often look slightly different from other objects.
So, ask questions, post tips, and DONT POST WHERE THE GROTTOS ACTUALLY ARE!
