Yup. Opened the file up and sure enough, it looks like someone copy pasted the evolution line from Bulbasaur.

I actually selected the wrong item. The two stones are right next to each other.

I had forgotten that day how Houndour evolved. Instead of checking the Internet, I tried a stone (thinking it was the Fire Stone), because that did make some sense, as another fiery dog does the same thing.
