Duplicate Enemy Pokemon sometimes misses turn. [0.40 - Online - Local]

I don't know why, but sometimes the foe's pokemon just faints but I haven't attacked yet so I attack the next pokemon he sends out. Its happened to me twice in the Mahogany underground, which is quite laggy so that may be the cause.
