PokeGear sleep mode

'Hey Niko, let's go bowling!'

Somewhere in the PokeGear settings menu should be the option to put your PokeGear in to sleep mode. This would prevent most NPCs from calling you. To prevent breaking scripts or whatever story-essential calls would still come through.
