Your problem probably has something to do with your content packs.
It's the Kira pack, because it uses non-default texture sizes I believe.

I've got a Linux VPS located in Germany with an i7, 128MB RAM (256MB Burstable) 10GB HDD and Unlimited Bandwidth that would be usable if needed.

Why so little RAM?

Anyways, it should be fine excluding the fact that it runs Linux. It might run through wine, but it's really meant to be on Windows.

Free VPS, I'm not sure if if running WINE will work because of 1) RAM and 2) My Hosting Provider is against it. (Just one of the perks of "free" stuff). I could WINEskin the program so they can't complain that I've installed WINE, I'd only be running an executable of it.

I'm back in home now, so the server is going to be offline until late tomorrow (Monday, Jan 13th). This also means that the server IP is going to cycle based on my location. It would be a good idea to add both IPs to your server list and just use whichever is online.

And now for the good news. I'm upgrading my internet from 3 mb/s down and 0.5 mb/s up to 50 mb/s down and 3 mb/s up. This means that I'll be able to host the server from home as well as where I was this last month. It also means that my capacity will be somewhat higher than it was before, at least during the weekdays.

The original post has also been updated to reflect this.

I cannot reach the main server nor Malcolm's server
I have no idea what the problem may be. I'm up to date with the patches.
Any help?

Those servers are down, likely because they are no longer needed.
Try JLs' server.
