I think they intentionally want you to find them old-school style (you need to randomly encounter it first before you can begin tracking it).

well it isnt an IP persay.....
simply putting karp.pokemon3d.net into the game will get you the server

we believe it is b/c the DNS simply hasnt updated for us(1-2 days from now?) but we arent sure
