Switch and Set

Will the Switch option be fixed in the next version, like switching your pokémon after killing a trainer's pokémon or when your pokémon dies you can choose which one you want to use, because I want to do the Nuzlocke challenge and that's one of the most important feature I need

It doesn't need to be 'fixed'. It just hasn't been implemented yet. Nilz will get around to it soon, but I agree. Shift battle style is an important feature for me as well.

Not coming in the 0.40 version as far as I know. Nilllzz hasn't started to work on that yet.
