Considering that all of the shiny legendaries that this guy with the Magikarp is fighting, I don't think this is legit. Also, this was probably done on an emulator, which is pretty easy to edit/cheat/mod. I could be wrong though.

The best sweep that I have seen was probably a guy that used a Caterpie to sweep Gary/Blue at the end of Fire Red/Leaf Green though I am not sure that it was legit either.

That is why I initially assumed it was modding. I was thinking the guy took a game file from an emulator and edited a NPC in the game to have those Pokemon as well as editing his own Pokemon to defeat them with ease.
