Fixed [0.39] Game froze @ Team Rocket HQ in Mahogany Town

The game stopped working after I defeated the 3rd grunt in the team rocket HQ in Mahogany town. I couldn't make my character move or do anything..

Was this one of the security camera Team Rocket Grunts? Or a normal one?

This is one of the three ones that had bugs
that one and the two at the bottom of the map are bugged

It was the security camera grunt. I think, since it appeared behind me after I defeated the other grunt who appeared when I walked up to the security camera.
