Fixed Flash to egg (small bug)

(0.39 Give flash to egg) Nothing big, I am in a part where i am given an egg by Prof.Elms Aide. So I decided, what the heck, and gave it flash. It has flash, and my Tm isn't used up in the slightest. I'm not sure if if the egg can actually use the flash.

Remember that Flash is actually an HM, so you can use as many times as you want.
Also, there's seemingly a rise of bugs concerning eggs, the game currently treats them as non-battling but completely able Pokémons. @Tornado9797 recently disclosed a bug concerning egg training, so that might be related.
