This single unique player (who happens to be known as Garku on this website) has been applied well to the spoiler several posts above this post that contains the chronological list of GameJolt Online Pokémon three-d Indev zero-point-fifty-two-point-one unique players participating in Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT's three-hundred-and-forty-ninth lottery entry for the Shiny Lugia that is obtainable through normal game-play that holds nothing.
Ten unique players are now participating in this lottery. Lottery details can be found somewhere on page 320 (three-hundred-and-twenty) of this thread, or more specifically, here.
