I think that if you have captured MissingNo, you are completed game. Bird type pokemon will crash your GameBoy(or another console) and you can attach a piece of paper with the words "Congratulations! You won!" to the screen. Anyway, I did everything exactly the same way when this pokemon crash my GameBoy for the first time. Good times!
