Six unique players are now participating in this lottery. Lottery details can be found somewhere on page 258 (two-hundred-and-fifty-eight) of this thread, or more specifically, here.

The winner of Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT's two-hundred-and-fifty-fourth lottery entry for the obtainable Togepi will be announced in a relatively unknown amount of time (likely around twenty-four hours after a lottery entry's reveal) using Houston, Texas, The United States of America time (Daylight Savings Time) from this exact post, assuming Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT's new computer doesn't do any weird Windows 8.1 stuff, Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT's debug testing hasn't gone horribly wrong, Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT is somewhere away from Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT's computer, or Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT won't stop playing his new Nintendo Wii U, or anonymous friends of Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT force Tornado9797 and/or 7979odanroT to play silly computer games.
