are normal trained and exp share trained pokemon

same strong?

Yeah. Pokemon that level up with exp share still get the same EVs as the pokemon who actually fight.

From Mr.Pokemon

u have to catch / beat Red Gyrados

and u get red scale

he give u exp share for it
