I'm not sure whether that is just not implemented but intended to be done eventually, or not noticed yet: the two guys demanding their illegal fees don't have anything to say if you talk to them standing in their respective corners after they collected your money.

Could you post a screenshot of this occurring, as well as put the version number you were on in the thread's title?

Well I'm playing the recent version 0.39 but i can't post a screenshot since I am already past that point with my savegame and did just remember it...but basically when you talk to them you just get an empty textbox (that applies to both)
