In X and Y, u evolve eevee into sylveon though pokeman amie. Since pokeman 3D doesnt have pokeman 3D, how will sylveon be made available?

They'll probably do something similar to what happened to Feebas and Milotic in Generation V when contests no longer existed. Prior to that you needed max Beauty status. Since that didn't exist anymore in Generation V they invented a new trade-evolve item to fill in the gap. Perhaps a new item will be made.

This is probably the best option for it or holding and item and leveling up having a fairy type move.
