How do you change your person to sandbox mode while not downloading anything. If I am forced to download something then give me a good free program. If anyone has a mod as well I will take that!

You should be able to change it in player.dat using Notepad.
I'd elaborate more, but that's hard to do on a phone.

You use Notepad or something similar. Set Sandbox line from 0 to 1.

also, sandbox mode can only be used in offline mode (I believe)

Yep I do not do online alot
Though I think members of the staff use Sandbox mode in their Online profiles.

For devs we have debug builds which allow us to access the online stuff while still using offline profiles

why won't my sandbox mode work though, i have changed it from 0 to 1 and it's not working for some reason.

This update changed it so you can't change the scripts
