My Pokemon3D Nuzlocke

I just started it. I have questions that you get to answer.
1.Which starter should i choose? (I'm playing version 0.20.)
2.What should i nickname my starter?
3.Should i do optional rules?
4.What should my name be?
Anyway, when i get enough answers i will start

start with a magikarp lvl 15
nickname him McFloppers
play with all items, one time pokecenter visits, and only one wild per route/area, must replace oldest move with new move, and can't evolve
name Freaky Fisher

when you choose the starter(doesn't mater but for hardest difficulty pick totodile) save, exit go to pokemon/sav/<save name>/party.dat and replace that line with this one
then go through the line and replace trainer name with yours and you then have a magikarp(and might i say a pretty powerful one at that)

Where do i find pokemon/sav/<save name>/party.dat? Um my computer has junk everywhere. I already started and chose totodile.

go to the place where pokemon 3d is saved pokemon is in that folder
