Not confirmed (0.38.3a) Flash Bug

Heyho,
everytime I use "Flash" on my Ampharos(in battle) it decreases its accuracy, although the information about "Flash" says it may reduce targets' accuracy. I'm used to reduce enemies accuracy with this attack and it's senseless to use it if it reduces my accuracy although low damage TM. Try it yourself.

Flash has been customly altered to make the move ''better''.
Flash causes a little bit of damage and decreases the accuracy of all Pokemon in battle, your own and the enemy.

It should decrease both.
You sure it only decreases yours? (Even if it didn't state that it decreased theirs, maybe the effect still goes?)

You'd think the pokemon using flash would be smart enough to not stare at the attack as it uses it xD

Nilllzz made it like that himself, don't blame me.
Beside, it was to give a better purpose to ''Ride'' since that gets stronger the less accuracy you have.

That is not in the move description -_-
also wouldnt that be very dangerous, so what if a pokemon with bad accuracy uses ride then it misses and the trainer flies at the opponents pokemon like a falling projectile?

So at least, if this is intended to be that way,please update the move description It was bad with Ampharos against Muk's Gunkshot which still hit way too often

Cause the idea is like I said, the move ride has the trainer sitting ontop of the pokemon so if low accuracy means more power that must correlate into the pokemon with low accuracy making the trainer fall off during the move (due to clumsiness) and then the trainer himself crashes into the opponents pokemon, knocking out that pokemon and the trainer!
