Fixed [0.39] Hall of Fame Viewing Bug

After failing the daily competition I decided to see how many times I ran the Pokémon League Challenge when, to my surprise, the party listed remained the party I used for the first time I beat the Pokémon League. All 43 of my runs listed in the PC are of the same party, the last few didn't even have Lapras, the entire purpose of those runs. All the Hall of Fames display this party:
1st ever run:

Latest run (with Lapras):

Even the full party examination mode displays the same Pokémon over and over again.

The bug still occurs in Indev 0.39, so I changed the title of the thread. This also removed the Confirmed label, so if someone could fix that, it would be great.

I ran the Pokémon League a few more times. At #48 it's still at the same team, in Indev 0.39, as shown in this screenshot:

Oddly enough, all of the entries are not mimicking the first run, they're mimicking some other (because I saw my first run in the form of a video (http://pokemon3d.net/forum/threads/4700/)).
