Duplicate Error at first gym leader!

When i finished battling the first gym leader..after he gave me the badge and talked to me..I couldnt move. The game froze. I exited the game and battled him again. It was stuck again. :/

This is a duplicate thread for there are already reports regarding this bug,
Thanks anyway.
Unfortunately, I think the best thing you can do right now is wait for the next update. Which is probably tuesday.
